Every plan gives the same checked answers: the law fetched from the official source, quoted word for word, every quote verified. Plans differ in how much you can ask and what sources are consulted.
- Free — £010 checked answers a month from UK legislation and official guidance. History, settings. No case law. For trying it out.
- Pro — £29 a month300 answers a month with case law from the National Archives collection. Private history, 2 API keys, the daily "what I learned" email. For a business owner, landlord, accountant or adviser.
- Business — £99 a month2,000 answers a month, case law, 5 seats with shared history, 10 API keys and MCP access for your own tools, priority support. For a firm or a team.
- API — pay as you go50p per checked answer above your plan's allowance, billed monthly. Same answer contract as the app, at /api/ext.
SKYL is sold and billed by Skylite Group Ltd (company number 13535333), the merchant of record. Card payments are processed by Stripe through SAIG Pay; SKYL never sees your card details. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. SAIG estate companies use SKYL without charge. Billing runs through SAIG Pay; subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the paid month.
